Heres something interesting that i found... On November 23, 1999, I read something like this I was playing against Ganon and I wanted to play one of my other files. I pressed reset in the middle of the battle. When I came to the file select screen my game was erased! If this has happend to anyone else please let me know."
So there you go.

Yeah it can happen sometimes but if you reset again your file usualy comes back. I did a serious game glitch by mistake on my cartridge one time which ruined it. The one where people tell you to take it out a certain way or something, I was so upset, I lost my main OoT file and the game wouldn't even play anymore.

Yeah, those CC (Crooked Cartridge) cheats are pretty nasty. I've only played a disc 64 Zelda, so I've never attempted one.

Annoying thing is I didn't know it was a glitch at the time, I thought I'd overplayed the game but then I read online that if you get a black screen with a tiny yellow line in the corner which I was getting then it was part of some glitch.

That's why I never used that glitch. I'd never do something that's so potentially damaging.
Worst thing that ever happened to me was when my friend's little brother ripped the cord out when I was playing OOT and hadn't saved in a while. Idiot.

I...umm...managed to knock my GCN off of a two-metre high shelf while playing SSBM. It was amazing that it didn't cause the game to screw up.
